We joined 233 organizations to urge the Biden administration to avoid detaining asylum seekers and migrants as Title 42 is set to expire on the 11th. Detention is harmful, expensive, and inhumane. The Biden administration must honor their commitment to never detain families and end privatized immigration detention.
