As we recently shared, the lawsuit McHenry and Kankakee county brought on the IL way Forward was recently dismissed! It does appear that lawyers for at least Kankakee County plan to appeal "up to the Supreme Court," we will continue to follow the story, but it is a win for now! Read more from The Southern.
